RHA Health Services C3 Comprehensive Care Centers located in Asheville and Caldwell County, North Carolina are your one-stop treatment and resource center for mental health services, substance use/addiction recovery support, and support for individuals who have behavioral health needs and co-occurring developmental disabilities.
We offer care and support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days of the year.

RHA Health Services Comprehensive Care Center Behavioral Health Services is a certified Community Mental Health Center and therefore operates through federal and state funds made possible by the Community Mental Health Act. The purpose of these funds to make diagnosis and treatment available to low-income and indigent individuals. The services are either free or under a sliding-scale. These services are available to people of all ages who do not have health insurance.

RHA Health Services Comprehensive Care Center Behavioral Health Services accepts Medicare, a federal health insurance program for people age 65 and older and people with disabilities.
Medicare covers a wide range of mental health services.
Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance) covers inpatient mental health care services you get in a hospital. Part A covers your room, meals, nursing care, and other related services and supplies.
