Centerstone is a nonprofit organization which means were committed to helping our patients access the mental health and addictions care they deserve. No matter the services or treatment you are seeking, we are ready to assist you through our billing process. Assistance is made possible through charitable donations to Centerstones Foundation, local and federal grant programs, and a sliding fee scale which is available to all clients but only at certain sites with National Health Service Corps certification. Eligibility may vary by state.
