• Comprehensive Community Health Centers, Inc. (CCHC) is a California non-profit public benefit company.
  CCHC is a Federal Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
  The CCHC operates four primary care clinics that provide medical, dental and some mental services to needy people in the metropolitan area of Los Angeles.
  CCHC clinics are located in Glendale, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, and North Hollywood.
  They accept anyone who wishes to be screened and cared for, regardless of their ability to pay.
  
  Primary and specialized care is offered for newborns to the elderly. All parties are CPSP suppliers. All sites are CHDP providers. Dental treatment
  Disease and behaviour management program. All sites have Medi-Cal eligibility workers. The employees ensure culturally and linguistically sensitive support. CCHC is a California-based, non-profit, public benefit corporation.
  It is a tax exempt company under section 501 (c) 3 of the Federal Tax Code.
