Comprehensive Community Health Centers, Inc. (CCHC) is a non-profit public benefit corporation in California.
CCHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
CCHC operates four primary care clinics that provide medical, dental, and some mental services to disadvantaged people in the Los Angeles metropolis.
CCHC clinics are located in Glendale, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, and North Hollywood.

Scope of Services:

Everyone looking for exams or care is accepted, regardless of ability to pay.     

Primary and specialty care is offered for newborns to seniors.

All sites are CPSP providers.

Dental care

Disease and behavioral management programs

All sites have Medi-Cal eligibility workers

Staff offered culturally and linguistically sensitive care

Thursday: 7:30 am - 8:00 pm

Friday: 7:30 am - 8:00 pm

Saturday: 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Sunday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Obamacare purchased from the Health Care Marketplaces covers Mental Health Care and Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Under the Health Care Law there are 10 categories of benefits. Mental Health Care and Substance Abuse Treatment are two of the 10.
