About SOS Community Health Center

The SOS Medical Clinic serves Orange County safety net population who are uninsured or underinsured and have little to no options for affordable health care. The clinic offers a full range of primary care services, including prevention, chronic disease management, mental health services and same day appointments. These comprehensive services include radiology, laboratory tests, medication and patient education. In addition to general primary care, the clinic coordinates specialized care such as cardiology, nephrology, neurology, optometry, gastroenterology, gynecology and physiotherapy. Share Our Selves offers a program for patients with diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, asthma and other conditions. These patients require extensive and regular medical care and receive clinical pharmacy services from the dispensary, laboratory tests, and specialty care as needed. Share Our Selves patients have unique access to high-quality care.
