Outpatient programs for teens
Choices Adolescent Outpatient Program in Falls Church is part of Dominion Hospital's outpatient behavioral health care for teens. We provide an adolescent partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an adolescent intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adolescents aged 13 years to 17 years old.
We offer PHP Monday through Friday during the day, allowing your teen to spend the night at home on evenings and weekends. Our IOP runs three evenings a week to accommodate school schedules while still offering your teen more support than regular therapy.
Our programs rely on approaches such as acceptance and commitment, cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral and expressive therapies. Your teenager will receive a treatment plan that is designed specifically around their needs while relying on up-to-date and time-tested mental health practices. Our comprehensive approach enables us to more effectively treat your child's condition and help them learn to manage symptoms while overcoming the challenges and obstacles unique to them.
