Individual and Family Mental Health Counseling
Heart of Florida Health Center provides quality primary medical, pediatric dental and psychiatric/mental health services to all Marion County residents, but in particular to those residents who would not otherwise be able to access these services due to financial limitations and/or lack of health insurance.
The minimum charge for a visit at Heart of Florida Health Center is between $15 and $50. All charges for services rendered are discounted on a sliding fee scale according to your household income based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines, which are updated annually by the federal government. We also accept Medicare, Medicaid, Medipass and BlueCross BlueShield and will continue to pursue participation with other major insurance carriers in the area.

Heart of Florida Health Center Belleview operates under a sliding fee scale payment model. What this means to you is that Heart of Florida Health Center Belleview provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.

Obamacare purchased from the Health Care Marketplaces covers Mental Health Care and Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Under the Health Care Law there are 10 categories of benefits. Mental Health Care and Substance Abuse Treatment are two of the 10.
