Public Health services are provided at Public Health Centers located in Fulton County. Contact the Center nearest you for more information about services or call 404-612-1211 (voice). Not all services are offered at every Public Health Center.
Most Public Health Centers are open 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Click on a clinic below for evening hours, Saturday clinics, and services offered in the clinic.
Fees for services are charged based on a sliding fee scale based on income and family size. An individual with no health insurance can qualify for the sliding fee scale as long as you bring the following information:
1. Proof of Fulton County residency and
2. Proof of income and family size

North Fulton Government Service Center - Fulton County Public Health Department operates under a sliding fee scale payment model. What this means to you is that North Fulton Government Service Center - Fulton County Public Health Department provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.

Obamacare purchased from the Health Care Marketplaces covers Mental Health Care and Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Under the Health Care Law there are 10 categories of benefits. Mental Health Care and Substance Abuse Treatment are two of the 10.
If you have Affordable Care Act Coverage you will have mental health care coverage.
