85 HOPE is a free medical clinic inspired by the Gospel of Jesus Christ to provide primary healthcare to uninsured and under-insured low-income residents of Wabash County, Indiana.

Soon be opening a second site in North Manchester, Indiana.

85 HOPE offers routine medical care by a licensed provider and a small pharmacy on-site at our clinic.

Also offer on-site physical therapy with licensed providers.

Provide referrals and financial assistance for clients who require:
Labs
X-Rays or other radiology needs
Dental care
Vision care
Specialty care
Mental health counseling
Dietary counseling
Special medication needs

**We do NOT offer emergency care, OB-GYN care, contraception, or STD screening.**
**We also do NOT prescribe any controlled substances.**
