About Key Bridge Substance Abuse Counseling

Key Bridge is a non profit organization. Provides individual, family, couples, and group therapy.

Substance abuse and mental health treatment to individuals and families in the Florida Keys.

Fees / Costs: Cost can vary depending on whether you choose group or individual therapy. Most people find group therapy is more cost effective. We will accept all insurance including Medicare and Medicaid. If you don't have insurance we have a very generous sliding scale fee for income levels up to 300% of the poverty level. Our Intake Manager can help you determine the most cost effective way to approach your therapy needs.

If you have been ordered into treatment through the courts we can work with you, your attorney, your probation/ parole officer, or whatever your needs may be. Our treatment programs have been accepted in Monroe County for Aftercare and other court-ordered treatment. Treatment that we offer which can satisfy these requirements include:

Sliding Scale

Key Bridge Substance Abuse Counseling operates under a sliding fee scale payment model. What this means to you is that Key Bridge Substance Abuse Counseling provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay).
