We recommend you see a doctor as early as possible in your pregnancy, but provide the following schedule as a guide:
The first prenatal visit should take place within the first trimester or between 8 and 12 weeks of pregnancy
Follow-up visits are based on patient health and specific needs
We will not accept patients after 24 weeks of pregnancy.
PAYMENT: All services provided without regard to ability to pay (based on sliding fee scale)

What this means to you is that Capitol City Family Health Center Medical and Dental Clinic provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.
