At this clinic uninsured, under-insured and low-income patients, CCI are offered a sliding fee scale and help in accessing state and federal assistance programs.
Services: Well-care for children and adults, Acute and chronic care, including HIV, gynecology and preventive services, Routine immunizations, Family planning health care and counseling, Diabetes education and nutrition counseling in English and Spanish, Behavioral health counseling for children, adults and families, Flu shots, Referrals to medical specialists and followup, Primary care labs, WIC, Mental Health
Community Clinics Greenbelt operates under a sliding fee scale payment model. What this means to you is that Community Clinics Greenbelt provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.
