WOMEN'S HEALTH: Provides primary medical care, case management and mental health services including psychological evaluation; group therapy for psychiatric disorders; counseling for relationship issues, substance abuse, lesbian and bisexual issues, marriage counseling, self esteem, and HIV-related concerns.


HIV TESTING AND COUNSELING: Free/anonymous testing on a walk-in basis or by appointment.


WALK-IN STD CLINIC: Open to medical patients at all centers and open to general public at Mt. Vernon Center.  Services include: birth control, screening and treatment for syphilis, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis, and Chlamydia, HIV counseling, testing and referrals.


PHARMACY SERVICES: Offers an on-site pharmacy providing a full range of medications with a focus on HIV-related drugs. ONLY for people enrolled as patients with Chase Brexton Health Services.



SUBSTANCE ABUSE: Provides substance abuse screenings, evaluations, interventions and counseling. Offers buprenophrine therapy and an intensive outpatient program.


MENTAL HEALTH: Provides a comprehensive range of services including psychological evaluation and individual, couples and group therapy.

Obamacare purchased from the Health Care Marketplaces covers Mental Health Care and Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Under the Health Care Law there are 10 categories of benefits. Mental Health Care and Substance Abuse Treatment are two of the 10.
