Temporary housing assistance to victims of domestic violence.
Access Program financial assistance to individuals who have an income source adequate to meet their monthly housing costs.

Park Place- Mayfair Residence apartments for clients that already are in service at the center. This is subsidized housing.
Shelter Plus Care Mayfair: Provides rental support for homeless individuals with a psychiatric disability. Individuals are required to pay no more than 30% of their monthly income on rent. The Center provides services equal to the value of the rent subsidy. The units are located at the Mayfair Hotel in Miami Beach.

The Golden Palms staff is committed to providing nurturing residential care, psychiatric services, case management and therapeutic/recreational activities.
Golden Palms is a certified Community Mental Health Center and therefore operates through federal and state funds made possible by the Community Mental Health Act. The purpose of these funds to make diagnosis and treatment available to low-income and indigent individuals. The services are either free or under a sliding-scale. These services are available to people of all ages who do not have health insurance.
Golden Palms accepts Medicare, a federal health insurance program for people age 65 and older and people with disabilities.
Medicare covers a wide range of mental health services.
Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance) covers inpatient mental health care services you get in a hospital. Part A covers your room, meals, nursing care, and other related services and supplies.
Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance) helps cover mental health services that you would generally get outside of a hospital, including visits with a psychiatrist or other doctor, visits with a clinical psychologist or clinical social worker, and lab tests ordered by your doctor.
Medicare Part D (Prescription Drug ) helps cover drugs you may need to treat a mental health condition. Each Part D plan has its own list of covered drugs, known as formulary. Learn more about which plans cover various drugs.
