This facility provides accessible health care to diverse communities, applying a progressive model of care that emphasizes education, prevention, and integrated services using bilingual/bicultural expertise.
All of their services are available on a sliding-scale basis through West Side's Discount Fee Program.
Services:
Primary, specialty, preventive, urgent care, complementary, pharmacy, dental, OB/GYN, mental health, social and wrap-around services such as child care, transportation and assistance with health plan enrollment.
East Side Family Clinic operates under a sliding fee scale payment model. What this means to you is that East Side Family Clinic provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.
