Affinia Healthcare provides Integrated Mental Health Services and Integrated Behavioral Health Services through a collaboration with the BJC Behavioral Health, Inc. Affinia Healthcare s Licensed Clinical Social Workers collaborate with the Primary Care Providers, Psychiatrists and work as Behavioral Health Specialists.
Someone who is feeling depressed, feeling anxious or having any other symptoms of mental or behavioral distress can receive counseling services from our clinical social workers.
Patients who are in need of medications for their condition are treated by a team of Affinia Healthcare physicians, social workers and the psychiatrist. Patients who need inpatient treatment and mental health case management are referred other psychiatric facilities.

Fees & Pricing
Affinia Healthcare offers a sliding fee scale to uninsured patients that is based on household income. Patients who apply and are eligible will pay a discounted fee. Proof of income is required. Payments are due at time of service.
Patients whose income does not exceed 100% of the federal poverty level are charged the following nominal fees for services (additional fees may apply for other services):

Dental discounts are available, including dental urgent care at the
St. Louis Education and Oral Health Clinic. Please call 314-814-8700.

Prescription fee start at $13

Discounts are also provided for patients with income between 100-200% of the federal poverty level.
BJC Behavioral Health operates under a sliding fee scale payment model. What this means to you is that BJC Behavioral Health provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.
