This clinic\'s primary health care mission includes serving the uninsured and underinsured, and discounts are provided to the low income. They provide care to everyone, including those covered by Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and uninsured persons. For those people who are uninsured charges are discounted based on income and total persons in the household. This clinic believes that primary and preventative health services should be available to everyone regardless of ability to pay. 

This clinic provides medical, dental, and mental health care services.

Obamacare purchased from the Health Care Marketplaces covers Mental Health Care and Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Under the Health Care Law there are 10 categories of benefits. Mental Health Care and Substance Abuse Treatment are two of the 10.
