RHCC has seven conveniently located health centers in Columbus, Robeson, Scotland and Montgomery Counties. Each of the family practice centers is staffed by physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and licensed family nurses who work together to diagnose, treat, and medically manage acute, episodic, and chronic conditions.
Patient care is available by appointment. Walk-ins are also welcome. We accept and file all insurance including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Medicaid-Carolina Access, Medicare, Health Choice, and other insurance. Applications are available for a sliding fee scale. Our Billing Department and Eligibility Specialist are available for client assistance

What this means to you is that Maxton Medical Center provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.
