If you do not have insurance, please bring proof of income (e.g., pay stubs, tax returns, etc.) and proof of residence (e.g., rent, utility bills, etc.) in order to qualify for their sliding fee scale.
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am 7:00 pm
Friday: 8:00 am 5:00 pm
Saturday: 9:30 am 1:30 pm

Ryan Community Health Center provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income.
