Family Planning
Family planning and counseling includes the availability of a full range of birth control methods, pregnancy testing, STD screenings including HIV. All testing is confidential.
Internal Medicine
Full range of adult medical services with out-patient services.
Adults can receive screenings for blood pressure, diabetes, cholesterol, lead, HIV counseling, testing and cancer.
MCHC participates in a Health Disparities Collaborative through the United States Department of Health and Human Resources (HRSA), with a focus on new ways of improving the delivery of health care for our diabetic patients, including group visits and education.

Mobile Health Van

Social Work
MCHC offers Social Work Services and substance abuse counseling, testing and referral in an effort to enhance the medical services provided. Services include domestic violence and rape intervention, substance use/abuse education and referral. Educational presentations for schools and organizations and referrals for mental health, housing and food assistance, adult home care, community support groups and early intervention are also available.
Confidential Support Groups for HIV affected and infected persons are available throughout the year and include informational discussions and incentives for attendance.
Obamacare purchased from the Health Care Marketplaces covers Mental Health Care and Substance Use Disorder Treatment. Under the Health Care Law there are 10 categories of benefits. Mental Health Care and Substance Abuse Treatment are two of the 10.
If you have Affordable Care Act Coverage you will have mental health care coverage.
