The Center has plenty of on-site parking and is easily accessible via public transportation.
Medical care: We are your primary care provider. That means you can count on us to see you when you're sick 'and to provide the routine checkups and other services that help you stay well.
Dental care: Regular dental care is important to your family's overall good health. We provide prevention and treatment services to keep your teeth as healthy as possible.
Behavioral health services: We care about your physical and mental health, so we make our behavioral health services available to all of our primary care patients. Our behavioral health and primary care teams coordinate the care you receive at our health center and from other community service organizations.
For all services, we bill on a sliding scale, based on your ability to pay. Care is provided free of charge for patients who qualify. If you do not have insurance, we will help you sign up for free or low-cost coverage.
Saratoga Community Health Center operates under a sliding fee scale payment model. What this means to you is that Saratoga Community Health Center provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.
