SouthRiver Community Health Center is a private, non-profit health clinic which provides quality and affordable medical services. All patients may apply for a sliding scale discount based on their family/household size and net income, with payment arrangements easily made. No one is turned away due to a lack of funds. For those patients with private insurance, Oregon Health Plan, or Medicare, They will bill directly as a courtesy to patients.

Monday - Friday, 7:00 am 6:00 pm.
SouthRiver Community Health Center operates under a sliding fee scale payment model. What this means to you is that SouthRiver Community Health Center provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.
