About Child and Family Guidance Center - CFGC Palmdale

CFGC provides innovative mental health services, prevention and early intervention programs to children and families in the San Fernando and Antelope Valleys. We also provide services at school sites, in clients homes, and in collaboration with many social service agencies.

Individual, Family and Group Therapy
Our services are provided based on your childs individual needs. We utilize a variety of highly effective evidence based practices (EBPs) in our outpatient programs.

Psychiatric Services
Child psychiatrists provide psychiatric services, including evaluation and medication monitoring.

Adult Services
We offer several nationally recognized individual and group therapy practices that help you feel better, cope with difficult challenges in healthy ways, heal relationship conflicts, and recover from recent major life stressors.

Medicaid

All state Medicaid programs provide some mental health services. Child and Family Guidance Center - CFGC Palmdale accepts Medicaid, a joint federal and state program that helps with medical costs for some people with low incomes and limited resources. Medicaid programs vary from state to state.
