I'm seeing a psychiatrist but I can't afford the payment, I have no insurance so I'm looking for a new psychiatrist that either is free or has a real low fee.

My son has recently relocated to San Antonio and I am helping him research mental health counseling services in the area. He is suffering from depression and anxiety and in turn is abusing alcohol. He is starting to go to AA meetings, but he needs to address the root causes of his issues. His income is very low and needs to find a low-cost approach to treatment. What are the treatments available through your facility and associated costs?
