Medical Appointments
All patients are encouraged to schedule an appointment so that we have the appropriate medical specialist available; however walk-in patients may speak with a triage nurse and given a follow up appointment. All walk-ins are first come, first served - our appointed patients are given priority. Patients may schedule a medical appointment by phone or in person between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. We ask each patient to donate $10 for each clinic visit (walk-in or appointment). This administrative donation helps pay for clinic equipment, supplies and other expenses.
Dental Appointments
Dental appointments are scheduled in person ONLY between 9:00 am and 12:00 noon Monday through Friday at the Dental Clinic, 20 Palmetto Parkway, Suite E. The Dental Clinic is unable to make appointments by phone or return phone calls to individuals requesting appointments. We ask each patient to donate $10 for each dental department visit (walk-in or appointment). This administrative donation helps pay for clinic equipment. Parking is available in the parking lot or on the street.
Alternative Care
The Beaufort-Jasper Comprehensive Health Center and Hardeeville Clinic are alternatives for treatment. They require an appointment and charge a fee based on income. Proof of income is required.
Medical and Dental Walk-In Policy
Patients without appointments must sign in between the hours of 8:30 am and 10:30 am. There is no guarantee that you will be seen that day. Reasons for this could be that there are no available appointments, or that the doctor or dentist who can provide the needed services is not present in the clinic that day, or we have reached capacity for that clinic session.
Emergency Care
In the event you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, you should go immediately to the emergency department at Hilton Head Regional Medical Center.
