Horizon also offers behavioral health services for individuals, groups and families at all of our community health centers through telemedicine and local partnerships, such as Northeast Mental Health Center (NEMHC) in Aberdeen.
This Health Center is based on Sliding scale fees which are variable prices for products, services, or taxes based on a customer's ability to pay. Such fees are thereby reduced for those who have lower incomes, or alternatively, less money to spare after their personal expenses, regardless of income

Aberdeen Community Health Center operates under a sliding fee scale payment model. What this means to you is that Aberdeen Community Health Center provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay).
