I've recently picked up my daughter from the Psychiatric Ward at Anaheim Global Medical Center in where she spent 2 weeks after several occasions of hospital admissions and jail. I've moved to Florida and I now have her living with me. I would like to put her in an outpatient program as well as to receive a referral for a Psychiatrist which is needed immediately for medication prescription. She has been diagnose as being "gravely disabled" due to her mental illness. She receives SSI and benefits from California, how ever I need to assist her in applying for Florida Benefits. Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated.
