This site serves as the Utah Cancer Control Program for Davis County residents requiring Pap smears and vouchers for mammography services as well as the county's testing site for sexually transmitted infections. Midtown's providers are experienced in managing chronic illnesses such as diabetes and hypertension. Services are provided in English and Spanish. Insurance, Medicaid, CHIP, and Medicare are accepted. Discounted services are available for uninsured patients.
