Their on-site services include primary care for the entire family. For the patients convenience, lab services are also available on site and referrals to medical specialists, including mental health and dental, can be carefully coordinated as needed to provide you high-quality, comprehensive care that meets your personal needs.

Care will be provided to all, regardless of their ability to pay. Financial assistance is available to those who are income-eligible and fees are charged in accordance with a sliding fee discount policy based on income and family size.
Chester Family Medicine operates under a sliding fee scale payment model. What this means to you is that Chester Family Medicine provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay). Patients will pay according to their income. Be prepared to provide information on your household income.
