This clinic provides care to you, regardless of ability to pay by offering a sliding fee discount upon approval.
Family Medicine Associates operates under a sliding fee scale payment model. What this means to you is that Family Medicine Associates provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay).
