This clinic offers a complete range of services including primary health care, dental, OB and prenatal care, mental health and substance abuse services, and on-site lab services. They also offers special programs to ensure access to health care for everyone.
This clinic offers a sliding fee scale to all income eligible uninsured or under-insured patients based on annual household income for all of their services. For dental services, they also offer a sliding-fee scale to all income eligible dental patients that live or work in Chittenden County or patients coming from Addison, Lamoille, or Grand Isle counties that require urgent care.

What this means to you is that Community Health Center Of Burlington provides their services even to patients who cannot afford care (such as low-income or who people who need to self-pay).
