Ridgview accepts a number of private insurances as well as Tenncare (BlueCare, Amerigroup, and Unitedhealthcare), Behavioral Health Safety Net, and self pay.
Once a patient has been determined by Ridgeview to be eligible for financial assistance, that patient shall not receive any future bills for eligible services based on undiscounted gross charges. The amounts Ridgeview will charge patients qualifying for financial assistance are based on a sliding fee scale. Patients whose income exceeds the eligibility criteria may be eligible to receive discounted rates on a case-by-case basis based on their specific circumstances, such as catastrophic illness or medical indigence, at the discretion of Ridgeview.

Ridgeview Behavioral Health Services is a certified Community Mental Health Center and therefore operates through federal and state funds made possible by the Community Mental Health Act. The purpose of these funds to make diagnosis and treatment available to low-income and indigent individuals. The services are either free or under a sliding-scale. These services are available to people of all ages who do not have health insurance.
