Center For Discovery Thousand Oaks is an eating disorder treatment center in Southern California that provides residential treatment and partial hospitalization levels of care to female and non-binary (regardless of sex assigned at birth) patients ages 16-26. Thousand Oaks is the second-largest city in Ventura County, California, and is located with 35 miles of downtown Los Angeles. Thousand Oaks is one of the safest cities in the United States with a total population of 130,000. Center For Discovery Thousand Oaks provides eating disorder treatment services to patients all over the Southern California and Central California areas, reaching over 1 million individuals. Treatment modalities we offer include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure & response prevention (ERP) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
