Since 1977, St. Joseph\'s Medical and Dental Clinic, Inc. (SJMDC) has been enabling low income and uninsured residents of Waukesha County to obtain free and low-cost medical care, dental services, and medications. We provide care at on-site clinics and through an extensive network of healthcare providers.
Dental Services
St. Joseph\'s Clinic Available Services
Patients receive oral exams, x-rays, cleanings, and oral hygiene instruction onsite and at satellite clinics.
Emergency extractions, restorative work, and other treatments are provided by dentists in our network.
Ask about our payment programs for adults 60 or older.
Patient education and care coordination is an integral part of our services.
Medical Services
Patients receive lab tests, doctor examinations, diagnoses, and treatments at on-site clinics.
Other diagnostic tests, specialty care, and chronic care management are provided through our network.
Care Management for homeless individuals with chronic conditions.

Prescription Assistance
Qualified patients receive prescription medications at no cost through clinic supplies or payment programs.
Our diabetic care program provides diabetes education and a month\'s worth of diabetic supplies at no cost.
Adults 60 and over may be eligible to receive 50% co-pay assistance.

St. Joseph\'s Clinic is unable to provide:
Narcotics or controlled substances
Medications for mental health issues
Emergency medical services
Payments for hospital or medical bills
